The customer service was exceptional, and I was greeted by friendly faces throughout my stay. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated and maintained to a high standard. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I especially loved the lush towels and tea and coffee making facilities. The location was great, as it was conveniently close to both the airport and shopping areas. Despite the minor drawbacks of transportation challenges in Accra and limited breakfast options for vegans, I had a fantastic experience at Koko Palm Inn. I highly recommend this hotel for its top-notch customer service, lovely accommodations, and friendly atmosphere.
